Construction runs deep in Jascha’s family, as he is a 3rd generation Construction Manager, following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps.  He knew from an early age working with the dirt is where he felt at home.  Jascha has been with Brechan through all the growth and changes, starting his employment as an intern right out of college, when Ruth Brechan was the President of the company.  Starting out in the field many years ago has given Jascha the expertise in the construction business and there are not many roads or projects in Kodiak that he didn’t have a hand in at some point.  Jascha has grown into the role of Vice President of Operations.  Jascha oversees all of the day-to-day operations of Brechan, including the office, concrete plant, shop, aggregate pits, and the asphalt plant.  He has a team of experienced and capable employees that allow him to be spread so diversely.

Jascha loves to work, but when he isn’t working, he is found with his wife and 2 boys enjoying all the things Kodiak has to offer.  He loves to spend his time on his boat or at his cabin, but most of his time is spent fixing and driving his stock car, you know, in the dirt.
